How Our Payment Plans Work

Getting started is simple. Our payment plans are designed to give you flexibility without surprises.

Payment Structure

• Initial Evaluation ($400): Pay $300 at your visit, with the option to finance the remaining $100

• Follow-Up Appointments ($250): Pay $125 at your visit, with the option to finance the remaining $125

• Financing Terms: Any financed balance is split into 3 equal monthly payments

• Financing Cap: Maximum of $500 can be financed at any time

Service Fee

• $20 monthly service fee (covers the administrative work of managing customized plans)

• Only one $20 fee per month, no matter how many visits you’re financing

Payment Processing

• Payments are automatically charged to your card on file

• If multiple visits are financed with the same due date, they’re combined into one easy monthly payment

• New visits after your scheduled payment date may create a separate payment schedule
